All Sales Are Final: All sales made through Rufu are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or any other reason aside from a defective item.
Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will gladly accept returns for defective items within 15 days of receiving the defective item. Defective items are defined as products that are damaged upon receipt or are flawed in a way that affects their functionality.
Return Process for Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team at hello@rufuperfumes.com within 15 days of receiving the defective item. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or videos that showcase the issue.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, if a return is warranted, we will provide you with a "go ahead" along instructions on how to proceed.
- Package the Item: Pack the defective item and a printout of your order number securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product.
- Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please make sure to include your order number on the inside of the package. The cost of return shipping for defective items will be covered by Rufu.
- Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the defective item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following options:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where you received the wrong product or a defective item. In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered.
Exceptions: Our return policy applies only to defective items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective, including but not limited to items with cosmetic imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
